Loan Till Sheet

In this screen you will be able to generate a report of the amounts of money in both cash and cheque form that has been paid on a particular day.

To get to this screen you go to menu Loans/Portfolio Reports/Loan Till Sheet. A screen that looks as follows will appear;

Reporting Date: Enter the date on which you would like your report to be generated. For example 02/02/2006 in the screen above.
Branch Code: Select the branch of which you want to know the payments for the loans for the specified day from the drop down box. In the screen above DB is selected as the branch code. (DB is for a demo database, licensed ones will have the initials of the organisation). You can select the Check for all Branches option if you want to generate a Loan Till Sheet for all the branches.
`Officer: Select from the drop down box an officer who was getting loan repayments for the selected day. In the example, Performer has been selected as the officer. Therefore all Loan repayments/receipts that were handled by him will be displayed in the Loan Till Sheet.

Choose the "Check if for all officers" option if you want to see the Loan Till Sheet of cash and checks handled by all officers.

View: If you want to look at the soft copy of the Loans Till Sheet, then this option should be selected.

Print: If you want to look a hard copy (on paper) of the Loans Till Sheet, then this option should be selected.

Report PDF File Format: Select this option if the report to be generated is to be displayed in Portable Document File Format.

Report XLS File Format: Select this option if the report to be generated is to be displayed in Excel File Format.

Report DBF File Format: Select this option if the report to be generated is to be displayed in Database File format.

Cash Only: Select this option to get a report on Loan repayments that were made using money. The report will look as follows;

Cheques Only: Select this option to get a report on Loan repayments that were made by using bank cheques. The report will look as follows;

Cash and Cheques: When this option is selected, the Loan Till Sheet will display all Loan repayments that were made using money and bank cheques. The Loan Till Sheet will look as follows;

From the report above, it can be seen that Munyankole Paul is appearing twice. He took two loans and paid one by Cheque and the other with money. (compare the reports above to see the differences)

All Pages: Check this option to print all the pages of the Loan Till Sheet.

Pages: You can select a specific range of pages to print for the Loan Till Sheet for example from page 1-2 etc.
